Customer service and response time was above all others. HR pest control took care of the problem within 48hrs of us calling. We also called for a follow up visit and they were able to squeeze us in that day. I can not speak highly enough about the professionalism that was displayed. And also I did not feel pressured to sign up for a monthly on going contract, although that option is available it was not what I needed at that time. All I can say is BRAVO!

“Let me start off by saying I don’t ever write reviews; so for me to write a review, the business/employees have to go above and beyond. Long incident short, I live in townhomes and a resident that resides in the one of the townhomes has bed bugs. I was doing laundry in the townhomes laundry facility and when I arrived back to my town-home I noticed I brought a hitch hiker (bedbug) back with me and was crawling all over the wall. I have been in the Military for many years now and have never encountered any bedbugs ever in my life.
